 Who is val?
She's a free spirit who travels throughout the United States and Internationally gatherieng images reflective of each environment and interprets them using camera or brush to create a moving adventure.
After majoring in art and psychology at Bard College, N.Y., she continued her training at Montserrat School of Art in New England. She has won recognition and awards thru exhibitions and circuit shows in the U.S.
Val's connection to the essence of all things, Mother Nature's creations, inspires her to transform the subject matter into an imaginary journey that the viewer can travel through and discover new happenings along the way.
Her winter months are spent creating with brush and camera on the Turks & Caicos Islands. Her studio is located on a Mt. in Greenville, S.C.
